This Privacy Policy explains how PLAY3 ("PLAY3," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit the website at play3.ai and its subpages (the "Site"). It also describes the choices and rights you may have. By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy.

When you use the contact form or otherwise get in touch, your own email application sends us the details you choose to include — typically your name, email address, the role you select, and your message. We receive whatever you send us.
Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically records standard server and request data when you visit the Site — for example, your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages and files you request, and the date and time of access. This is used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
The Site loads certain typefaces from the Google Fonts service. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and request information, subject to Google's privacy policy. The distinctive display typeface is served from our own servers.
The Site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies at this time. If we introduce analytics, embedded media, or cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.
